The World Omoluabi Day endorsement by the Oonirisa’s affirmation, honour and formal recognition bestowed on the Yoruba Council of Youths Worldwide is indeed worthy pedestal of note, we are indeed grateful to Olodumare for His mercy and grace always.
While appreciating the special recognition honour and inauguration by His Imperial Majesty, Ooni Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Ojaja11, The Ooni of ife, of the World Omoluabi Day, ile ife 2019 tagged: Omoluabi Ni Mi, specifically aimed at bringing honour, prestige and dignity to our highly referred aesthetic cultural heritage, values and traditional ethos for the greater benefits of the indigenous people of Yoruba heritage, while ensuring our culture, language and history is being promoted and thoughts in states, towns, schools across yoruba land, in consolidation of our established various Special Programs on Cultural Promotion, but more is needed to be done, due to our fast slide of Omoluabi morals, ethos and principles into oblivion among the Yorubas.
We equally solicit for supports of well meaning Nigerians especially our Yoruba captains of industries and philanthropists to consider our youths for employment opportunities in their corporate firms, as well as request intervention in the following areas:

World Oba Yoruba and Youth Leaders Summit tagged: “The Yoruba Monachs”
We assure that we shall use our esteem position being the umbrella body for all Yoruba youth and students associations judiciously towards promoting peace and development of Yoruba Land and by extension Nigeria as a whole, while using this medium to call for a peaceful cohesion and understanding amongst our leading political and traditional leaders in Yoruba Land,
and globally, most importantly to close ranks as leaders, fathers, mothers, and mentors to Yoruba people globally, hence the urgent need to address our common challenges is now, especially issues bordering on good governance, youth and women empowerments, education, Information Technology, sport and entertainment, infrastructural developments, economy and rule of law to mention a few.
This epoch making event hopes to be an exclusive yearly global celebration of Oduduwa descendants festival, aimed at promoting peace building, and uniting all Yoruba sons and daughters of Yoruba Land worldwide for strategic economic growth and social development of our people globally.
Our unity is key to our development and growth as a race blessed and ordained by God with over 40 million population globally, hence the need to harness this golden opportunities for our common growth and advantages.
It is most important to clarify that Yoruba moral tradition is transients and globally recognized, precipitating the need to be well guided with omoluabi etiquette, principles, rules and regulations for all Youths and good people of Yoruba Land and in Diaspora’, in order to promote the globalization of the Yoruba cultural heritage, values and tradition.
Also, for records, it is important to call on all political leaders and Royal Fathers and Chiefs, Yoruba Oba Olorisha and Leaders, Eminent Yoruba Elders and Stakeholders, members Yoruba Council of Youths and Students Associations, Yoruba Council of Diapora Kings to create a synergy of unity and peace, geared towards the progressive emancipation, development and protection of the our people’s rights and privileges in Nigeria and In Diaspora, as expected of us in a modern day clime.
I call on all Sons and Daughters of Oduduwa to rally round ourselves as one united race in peace with passion for greater exploits for development.
We are using this medium to call on political and traditional leaders to continually embrace Yoruba Language speaking in there states, domain and palaces, for we all must do something about salvaging our fast eroding omoluabi (virteosness) culture and Language.
