Mr Jalingo was only recently freed after nearly six months in detention.
This followed a publication alleging that Cross River State Governor Ben Ayade diverted N500 million from the state’s treasury to fund an election.
However, Olawale Bakare, the #RevolutionNow co-convener who was granted bail alongside Omoyele Sowore in 2019 was also rearrested by the Department of State Services (DSS).
