BRIEF HISTORY
The WACOMBS theological seminary was founded and started in 1997 as the Roberts Bible Training Centre and Hraduate School in Lagos, Nigeria, west Africa.
It was founded by then Rev. Dr. David Olusegun Roberts now Archbishop David Olusegun Roberts.
At its inception the college operated from a one room apartment, in an hotel, (Klee Executive Hotel) on Adeniran Ogunsanya, Surulere, Lagos.
It was later she moved to Lafred Nursery and primary School compound in Ebute Metta, Lagos.
Men like late Rev. Emmanuel Ejeye of blessed memory, Rev. Kunle Bankole, Professor Victor Ojeniyi, Rev. Greg Udoalah were all on board as lecturers and board members.
The first graduation witnessed three students, however shortly before the close of the program, one of them went to be with the lord at the age of 70 years, that is late Elder Fowowe, former Director in Nigerian Brewery.
The seminary is a Member school of Association of Heads of Bible school and seminaries of Nigeria NAHOBSAS (Rc:16835), infotech research and management int’l (Rc: 388043), BRFI INC. (Rc: CAC/IT/NO 46954) also Trinity faith Bible school (Joseph Ayo babalola university)

Dr. David Olusegun Roberts is a theologian, preacher and teacher of the word. He is highly sort after resource person in different fields of endeavor.
He holds a bachelor’s Degree in computer science, a post graduate diploma, and also masters and doctorate degree in theology.
He is on the academic board of the international institute of natural medicine and a member of several professional body.
He is the appointed cardinal of WACOMBS ( west African college of missionary bishops) Nigeria and Asia
