PREA 2017 is a brainchild of Prestige International Magazine and Prestige International Online created essentially to reward investors, practitioners and policymakers in the real estate business in Nigeria for their integrity, hardworking and proclivity in nurturing the housing sector to an enviable status endearing to all, home and abroad.
Prestige Magazine crew hinged the award to their organizational belief of appreciating doggedness and proactive people who have tried to make the sector a very lucrative venture for all stakeholders in the building sector.
The organizers of the prestigious award, having keenly observed the development and growth of the real estate business in the past few years from the point of effective use of land to managing large estate found it impeccable to reward those who have lent their individual knowledge, investment, and voice to making real estate business in the country a viable venture where both the lessors and the lessees, landlords and tenants, are able to regularly smile to the bank.
The organizers of the award have brainstormed and concluded that the people who are responsible for this push-up in the real estate sufficiently deserved to be recognized, at least to encourage them to do more in creating decent living environment to all in line with the plan of God for all creatures.
